Happy Chinese New Year!
A couple of my friends and I commuted all the way to Recto from Katipunan last week. It was my first time being there. The LRT ride from Katipunan cost us 25 pesos each, and the trike from the station to Binondo cost a whopping 80 pesos (Yes, absurd. I feel like the trike drivers took advantage of us, but are stomachs were already screaming for some chicken feet and siomai, and tired from the commute, we didn’t want to bother arguing anymore). In other words, we basically travelled all the way here, just for lunch.
All in all, it was a great but HELLA TIRING experience. I mean, who wouldn’t be tired getting around the Metro nowadays? It was worth it though.
Here are a couple of more pictures (I didn’t take a lot because we were focused on taking clips for a video montage to come soon):
I was supposed to make a post on the first day of the year like I always do every year, summarizing the year that has past. However, I decided to physically write instead of post and share it to the public. However, I want to try to get back to posting things here, as much as I can and when I have the actual time to.
It is currently 12:30 am and I have class in a couple of hours. I decided to do this because I realized that I’ve been losing all of my creative outlets. I used to doodle a lot, I used to play instruments, I used to paint and do arts and crafts. However, ever since college, I lost the will and really, the time to do all that. But it doesn’t take that much time and effort to write my thoughts down or write the things down the interest me the most in this site.
This post is the start to giving more detailed description and account to each and every Instagram post I upload because I really make the worst captions most of the time.
But for now, I must sleep. Goodnight ❤
